The lobby is big and modern. It has a restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner. Room is ok with A/C and hot water.

We went to the restaurant twice and the food was really good, with many options on the menu. The only thing that in our opinion can be improved is the food preparation time since we waited around 1hour to be served.

The staff especially the staff at the restaurant. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The location was also excellent nearby to Maasai Market and other attractions.

The location was convenient. The staff were friendly. The recommended tour guide Odemari Boso was quite helpful and resourceful getting us around to the sites.

The hotel that was situated in a great location - it was close to the market and not too far from the clock town. The room I stayed in was nice and clear, but I did have to pay extra to switch to the mountain view room. It was a little frustrating because the system showed the rate with that option, but overall, the room was comfortable. As for the breakfast, it wasn't bad at all - there were many choices for me to select from. The staff was also very helpful, although at times it did take them a little while to reply to my questions. However, my stay was great and exceeded my expectations.
